My background is rooted in decades of work supporting youth wellbeing through violence prevention, early intervention, and education. Over time, I came to understand the powerful role nature plays in stress reduction, regulation, and resilience.

In 2016, my work shifted and I began to integrate camping skills, general outdoor skills, animal/ plant identification, and nature focused education to help young people feel more grounded, capable, and connected.

The past couple years, the draw to be on the water and in the woods, verses a school-based setting, grew. I committed to being available to clients for fishing and other outdoor experiences.   I have loved every minute of it.  Turning 40+ years of fishing and life in nature into a career has been an absolute joy and a great adventure.
